Santa Claus
First we had to prepare for Santa Claus and the reindeer to arrive in Eudora! Tyler made reindeer food (a.k.a. oats and glitter) in preschool so we had to carefully sprinkle that on the lawn so the reindeer would see the food and know to stop for a snack!
Then we had to prepare the cookies and milk! 
Tyler and Brynn then went straight to bed with no arguments with much anticipation to see if what the next morning would bring!!
I think Santa did well this year!!

Fun with our cousins!!
Perhaps one of the best parts of Christmas for Tyler and Brynn is getting to spend time with their cousins. Here they are with Owen who just celebrated his 1st birthday!

The making of a Christmas card…..
It is always fun and challenging to get the “perfect” Christmas card and this year proved to be no different. The good news is that this year no one was petrified of Santa Claus so although Brynn wouldn’t smile at least she wasn’t crying! Here are a couple photo’s we got with Santa….
Then we came home and tried to capture that perfect picture of the two of them showing just what sweet wonderful angels they really are (a mom can dream right?) What we really got was a good laugh…..seriously how hard can it be to get 2 kids to smile for a few seconds while we snap a photo??
Finally we got something we could use! Here are my two favorites…..
